Description

The Community Support Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468 is interested in purchasing or leasing 3000-4000 square feet of residential property within a five-mile radius of the Medical Center. This will be used to provide residential treatment to ten (10) veterans participating in our work program. Space must be be available for ten (10)small bedrooms, three (3) baths, kitchen, dining and laundry facilities. This is a request for information (RFI) only. There is no solicitation package available. This notice is to identify potential offerors, solicit comments and questions. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided. Interested sources shall conform with all Federal, State, city, and local laws, regulations, and rules regarding leasing/purchasing of real property.
