Description

Invitation For Bid (IFB) for Interior Space Renovations at the National Visa Center, Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth, NH. Work to include the removal of walls, carpeting, ceilings, mechanical and electrical systems; the provision of walls, doors, carpeting, painting, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, folding partition, windows, air-conditioning modifications, sprinkler system modifications, kitchen sink, lighting and power modifications, security and communication modifications, and incidental related work. The contractor will be responsible for moving and reinstalling existing systems furniture. The contractor will also be responsible for coordinating the installation of new systems furniture that will be provided and installed by a GSA contractor during multiple phases of the project. Phasing and coordination of this project will be critical. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS code for this project is 233320. (SIC code is 1542.) This project is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Demonstration Program. Estimated posting date of the IFB is 3/6/01. It is the bidder's responsibililty to monitor this site for the release of the IFB and any amendments (if any) and downloading their own copy of the IFB and amendments.
