ISSUE DATE: 9 MAR 01 CLOSING DATE: 9 APR 01. Subject RFP is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 48 months. The Estimated Annual Qty for the Base Year is 141 each and 108 each for each Option Year. The Ceiling Max Quantity for the Base Year is 195 each and 162 each for each Option Year. The Minimum Quantity per delivery order is 27 each and 73 each for the Maximum Quantity per delivery order. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the Base Year is 73 each and 27 each for each Option Year. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
