Description

See numbered notes 9, 13, and 26. This solicitation will be issued unrestricted for the purchase of the Tent, Temper Type 4 Green, NSN 8340-01-196-6272 which shall be manufactured in accordance with MIL-T-44271A. There will be a minimum quanity of 600 each, and a maximum quantity of 1800 each, with four one year term options. There will be four deliveries 180 days after date of award. Destinations are Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA and Defense Distribution Depot Albany, GA. All materials used are to be furnished by the contractor. FAR Part 12 procedures do not apply. Best Value, Source Selection is required under this solicitation, the following evaluation factors are included in this proposal (Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan, Socioeconomic Consideration, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement, and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal).
