Description

The contractor will provide engineering and technical services to perform software development and lifecycle management primarily focused on the AEGIS Configuration Control and Engineering Status System (ACCESS). Due to the unique skill and experience required to perform this effort, the solicitation will be issued on a sole source basis to Southeastern Computer Consultants, Inc. (SCCI), 904 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. The duration of the contract will be for a period of 5 years (including options) and require approximately 18 man-years/per year. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (Term) Contract is anticipated. In-depth ACCESS program knowledge combined with Oracle programming experience is required of all software developers on this effort. No experience substitution is acceptable. In order to obtain the required resources, SCCI will subcontract with Anteon, BAE, iO, and Synetics. The solicitation and any amendments will only be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy. mil/supply. No hard copies will be provided. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD website to obtain the solicitation and any amendments as they are issued. Numbered Note 22 applies.
