Description

The Government intends to procure engineering and technical support for ongoing efforts associated with the design, development, manufacturing and testing of software upgrades to the Internet Controller (INC) for the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS). This will be accomplished through a modification increasing the funding ceiling of an existing contract for these services, DAAB07-97-C-C605. The software upgrades described will enhance SINCGARS' ability to perform in a tactical internet environment. Numbered Note 22 applies.
