Description

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY at Canandaigua, NY is seeking qualified, responsible firms who have the ability to provide preventive maintenance, standard/full service repair and emergency service for the following types of radiology, ultrasound and dental imaging equipment: GE, MPX-80; Advantx 90, Advantx 80; AMX-4; Picker IQ Extra CT; Medrad CT Injector System; Gendex Model GX 1000, Gendex Model GX 770; Diasonics: Spectra, Ultrasound; plus misc. accessory items such as flat top and floating flat top tables; vertical and superspeed bucky stands, 14" to 18" monitors, image intensifier 105mm photospot camera, ultranet collimator, photo timer paddle, probes, printer, etc. Proposals will be solicited for the Base Year requirements 4/01/01 -- 3/31/02 and one (1) yearly renewal option.
