Description

The Corporation for National and Community Service, a wholly owned Government Corporation intends to award a Purchase Order to a qualified individual to: perform reviews and develop systems for the award and administration of Corporation-wide grant programs including drafting policies, procedures, quality control standards, management controls, and guidelines; the contractor will also identify and analyze grant management issues and develop appropriate recommendations and procedures to enhance and make accountable the financial management of grantee organizations; process carry-over reporting for grantees, develop data templates, and review grant provisions; research grant management systems and enhance organizational and strategic planning; conduct training for staff and grantees on grants management issues and topics; conduct pre-award risk assessment and examines areas of potential grantee waste, fraud and abuse; review grantee audit reports and assist in the resolution of outstanding audit issues or findings; and develop proposed management decisions, corrective action plans, and final actions on unresolved audits. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 56111, $5.0M. Any Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation will be on a Time & Materials basis and will not exceed $50,000. All services will be provided at the Corporation's Headquarters in Washington, DC.
