Description

Solicitation for a new construction leased postal facility as a new Main Office in Oakboro, NC 28129. Construction of approximately 5,117 net interior square foot building to be constructed on an USPS controlled site of approximately 87,201 gross square feet of land. The site is described as follows: Between Alonzo Road and St. Martin Road approximately 245 ft. east of Dorsett Road in Oakboro, NC for a purchase price of $72,300.00. The base lease term is for 20 years with four five-year renewal options.
