Description

Furnish all labor, material, and supervision to renovate bathrooms (A16, A17, B16, & B18) in Building-61 according to drawing and specification. Scope of work to include demolition of existing finishes, and installation of new finishes, to include ceramic tile floors and walls, reinstall plumbing fixtures and accessories. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC Code is 1542. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. Estimated solicitation issue date is March 2, 2001. Estimated bid opening date is April 3, 2001. A pre-bid conference will be scheduled for this project, the time and date will be indicated within the solicitation.
