Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco, CA. intends to award a contract to raise, realign and clean approximately 50,000 headstones at the Golden Gate National Cemetery, 1300 Sneath Lane, San Bruno, Ca 94066 (San Mateo County). Services to include professional advice/guidance, labor, parts, materials, equipment and personnel, to provide these services. Contractor must carry worker's compensation and employees liability insurance (minimum $500,000 pe occurrence) in compliance with State Laws and in addition, must carry liability insurance to cover any Government property damages or personnel injury resulting fro work under this contract. Copies of all required state licenses, permits and insurance documentation must be provided with proposal for verification. Period of performance May 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001. See Note 1.
