- Description
- It is the Government's intent to negotiate a FAR Part 15 contract on a sole source basis with Litton Laser Systems for the Tactical Air Control Party Laser Range Finder (LRF) requirement. This notice constitutes an amendment to the NOCA released on 13 September 2000 referencing the same subject as above. This amendment provides notice that the total requirement has increased fron 161 LRF units to 184 LRF units and that the total quantity will now be acquired in a single fiscal year (FY01). See Note 26.
