Description

The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to DP Technologies, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 4TPF17018828. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. This procurement is to obtain a Liebert Series 300 100KVA UPS System and Installation on an open market buy. This procurement is for the Department of the Navy at NAS Pensacola, FL. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by close of business, 2/28/2001, will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
