- As announced in the Commerce Business Daily 03 November 2000, the solicitation has been posted today, 16 February 2001, to the Navy's electronic commerce web site www.neco.navy.mil. The buying activity is N00600, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington DC. This is a requirement in support of the OMB Circular A-76 ("Commercial Activities")program.
