Description

SIC 1542- Small Business Set Aside Solicitation GS-07P-01-UBC-0018 This is a request for proposals to remove the existing parking garage doors and furnish and install new folding type parking garage doors in the basement parking garage, located in the Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building, 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. This shall include but not be limited to the electrical and other components and other construction disciplines required to install and operate the new doors. The estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000.00. The solicitation, including drawings, scope of work, specification and any documents related to the procurement will be available for downloading from the internet on or about March 2, 2001. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World Wide Web (www) server, http://www.eps.gov. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. A site visit / pre-bid conference will be conducted on or about March 3, 2001.
