NSN: 1560-01-157-1284, PN: 7-311632207, Quantity 254 each min/1270 each max, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The approved sources are Aluminum Dip Braze Co (7U779). and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co (8V613). The required delivery when first article is due is 40 each 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 40 each month thereafter until complete. The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. The required delivery is 40 each 210 DACA without first article and 40 each month thereafter until complete. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
