Description

Procurement of the following: Repair of one (1) each APS137 Antenna Arm Shroud Assembly, NSN 5985-01-347-0723CS, P/N 2850062-4. Repairs require replacement of the following: Front (P/N 2792148-1) and Rear (P/N 2792156-1) Lexan Shroud Halves due to delamination and the Reflector (P/N 716505-1) which is cracked and broken. The assembly_s existing support arm will be reused and upon completion of repairs, the successful offeror will provide a fully assembled, functional Antenna Arm Shroud Assembly to the Coast Guard. All replacement parts must be newly manufactured and certified as such by providing documentation of traceability to the Equipment Manufacturer. Desired delivery is 180 days after receipt of delivery order. Offers are invited on either Fob destination or origin basis. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide drawings or specifications for these items. Offerors must possess a current FAA or OEM certification; a Department of Defense certification may be submitted for review and approval by the Contracting Officer on a case by case basis. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. The Request for Quotation will be issued on or about 5 March 2001.
