Destination with delivery to Tracy, CA, Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. This item is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and restricted to the approved small business sources, Midway Machining Co., Inc., 8023 Gateway Dr., Neosho, MO 64850 and R.E. Dye Mfg., Corp., 207 W. Williams, Breckenridge, TX 76424. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Required initial delivery with first article is 62 each 225 days after contract award (DACA) and 13 each per month until contract completion. . First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 62 each 150 days DACA and 13 each per month until contract completion. All This part requires engineering sources approval by the design activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source requires acquisition of the part from the approved source. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
