Description

The Robert Morris Acquisition Center at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to award a contract on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis, as prescribed by FAR 6.302-2(b)(2),(10 U.S.C.2304 @ (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for 1 each Upper pipe kit PN 082390 (2 pipes), 12 each Metalastic bush PN 351870, 4 each Bootseals PN 563370, 16 each Sleeve Tubes PN 572380, 16 each Flextures PN 572580, 1 each Gasket PN 57660, 2 each Oil filter elements PN 652740, 8 each Cam followers PN 698400, 4 each Bearing seals PN 715670, 2 each Overtravel springs PN 721890, 1 each Lower field coil PN 739770, 1 each Upper field coil PN 739780, 1 each Leadout PN 783990, 1 each Bearing Assy PN 793220, 2 each Lower pipes PN 8000930, 1 each Mercury switch PN 832510, 1 each Rectifier PN 868950. Market research has identified the items available through Ling Dynamic Systems Inc., 60 Church St, Yalesville CT 06492. Vendors seeking to challenge the sole-source justificaton must preent clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide this requirement in writing within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation. Pricing figures should be included along with a GSA contract number if applicable.
