Description

Provide 183 floor mounted, fixed chair, theatre chairs with a fully upholstered seat, an inner upholstered back with an outer wood veneer panel, arms, and one fold-away table arm assembly. Fabric shall conform to ASTM D3597, except that it shall be 68% polyester, 32% olefin with acrylic backing. Fabric shall be treated to resist staining and soiling. The width of the seat units should be 525 or 550mm with 500mm wide units restricted to the exit seat location if needed to meet specific dimension requirements. All seats will have a gravity rise feature which will return the seats to an upright position when not in use. To be installed at Defense Supply Center, Columbus (DSCC) 3990 E. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43216. Delivery schedule is 120 days after receipt of order. Intended source is Theatre Solutions. They have the ability to manufacture and install the desired seating in the timeframe required so that completion will be in conjunction with other renovation work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This RFQ will be available on the DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscccols.com on it's issue date of March 07, 2001. See Note 26.
