- This solicitation will only be available electronically. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract to provide all materials, equipment, and labor to perform demolition and construction work to provide a 40' x 40' pre- manufactured shelter over the ful loading/unloading pad at the bulk fuel farm at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. Major items of work include, but are not limited to the following: saw-cut existing concrete slab, demolition and removal of existing concrete, install reinforced concrete footings, install shelter, install lighting.
