FOB Destination to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 15 each 225 DACA and 10 each month thereafter until completion. First Article test report due 138 DACA. Required delivery without first article testing is 15 each 150 DACA and 10 each month thereafter until completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to those small businesses which are approved. "By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored." This item is restricted to the approved small business AmFuel (97499), Magnolia, AR 71753 and Engineered Fabrics Corporation (05476), Rockmart, GA 30153. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
