Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Rohm and Haas Company, Philadelphia, PA for the purchase of 60,000 lbs of Ambersorb XE-348F Decontaminating Resin(a proprietary component of the Rohm and Haas Company). Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is published to alert interested subcontractors. Note 22 applies.
