Description

The Immigration & Naturalization Service, Administrative Center Laguna is requesting quotations for various construction metals: CLIN 1: Flattened Expanded Metal DOM COMM Quality(with diamond pattern) " #13 x 48" x 96" Carbon Steel, Quantity 990 each; CLIN 2: Square Tubing DOM ASTM A513, 1" x 1" x.083" x 20', Carbon Steel, Quantity 990 each; and CLIN 3: Flat Bar DOM ASTM A36, " x 1" x 20', Carbon Steel. CLIN 4: Angles DOM ASTM A36, 3" x 3" x " x 20', Carbon Steel, Quantity 396 each. The delivery time after award is critical and must be proposed by the Offeror. The construction metals are to be delivered FOB Destination to: U.S. Border Patrol, 1500 W. La Quinta Road, Nogales, AZ 85621, Point of Contact: Brian Armstrong. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation ACL-1-Q-0013 is issued as a Request for Quote and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-18. The North American Industry Classification System 421510, with a Small Business size Standard of $5 million. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Closing Date or response date for this synopsis/ solicitation ACL-1-Q-0013 is March 5, 2001 at 2:00pm, Pacific Daylight Time. Award anticipated on or about March 7, 2001.
