Description

This solicitation is a commercial item contract to provide laundry services for the National Interagency Incident Support Cache, Redmond Air Center, Redmond, Oregon. All laundry will be picked up and delivered at the Contractor's expense. The Pacific Northwest Cache System has a national role in supporting wildland fire suppression activities within the lower forty-eight states. The volume of work may vary widely from year to year because of unknown and unpredictable fire conditions throughout the Pacific Northwest. This is a three year indefinite quantity contract beginning May 1, 2001. Contract period will be through December 30, 2003. The Schedule of items consists of 9 line items, with minimum and maximum items to quote on. Items such as sleeping bags, shirts, nomex, jeans, nomex, knapsacks, etc. are items to launder.
