Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, intends to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Shoick Engineering Associates Company LLC (SEACO) to provide engineering and technical services for instrumentation support during UNDEX testing. SEACO has demonstrated the ability and expertise in the area of measurement of the "Underwater Explosion Shock Phenomena" needed to perform the specialized instrumentation requirements. This purchase shall be negotiated in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C. 2152 (c)(1) -- Only one responsible source with unique capabilities. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST QUOTATION. Any interested firms may submit their technical capabilities within 15 days after the publication of this notice. (see note # 1 and #22)
