Description

Perform Certified Surveys of land parcels, marking corners of Conservation Contract Areas in WI (anticipate three separate Contracts in; Dodge, Pierce and Trempealeau Counties, others possible) and providing USDA-FSA and NRCS the survey maps. Survey area will be "walked" with USDA representatives and landowner(s) prior to commencing survey work. Improvements (if any) must be drawn on maps to determine if contained within boundaries of contract area. Total acres of each land parcel are to be calculated. Surveyor shall furnish FSA a copy of survey maps for review and opportunity to make any corrections prior to surveyor recording survey. At this time interested parties must submit Form SF-254 (see Internet Link elsewhere in the notice) "A-E and Related Services Questionnaire". SF-255 may be submitted for Certified Land Surveys (three) in; Dodge, Pierce and Trempealeau Counties, WI. Please see Note(s) 1 and 24 for response procedure for A & E requirements.
