Description

The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, intends to offer Timber Sales on the Eglin AFB Reservation. Work will consist of harvesting all slash pine trees designated for removal from approximately 380 acres, containing approximately 17,325 tons of pine timber. There are 11 harvest areas, consisting of 52 year old slash pine plantations yielding pulpwood and saw timber. This is notification to interested parties. The solicitation number for this announcement is F08651-01-B-0002. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this sale is 113310. Please identify whether or not you are a small or large business based on the NAICS code. The size standard for the NAICS code is 500 employees.
