Description

Demolition of Building 226, 227, 229, 230 and 239 and 214 at Grand Forks AFB, ND. Contractor to provide all services and materials necessary to demolish above buildings and supporting parking lots and utilities, backfill and compaction of excavations and all other work as specified in Technical Provisions and drawings for JFSD 200076 and JFSD 200147. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. This acquisition is set-aside for HUBZONE concerns in accordance with FAR 19.1305. Period of performance is 60 calendar days. All contractors MUST certify by stating that they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered for award. Contractors can obtain further information on the Central Contractor registration at website http://www.safaq.hq.af.mil/contracting/ccr0.html. This solicitation will only be available by downloading the solicitation file at website http://www.eps.gov. No paper copies or CD ROM's will be issued. Proposed issuance date is 9 March 2001.
