Description

The Government is accepting proposals from vendors to furnish commercial items consisting of oxygen systems and related respiratory supplies and cpap/bipap equipment and related respiratory supplies to the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive Division, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. Areas for deliveries will include Western Pennsylvania, Southeast Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland. This service will be requested for a base year of six months ending 9/30/01 and two (2) one year option periods at the Government's discretion. All interested parties should submit a written response to the attention of the Contracting Officer, J. E. Regan (04A1-H), VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. No telephone requests will be honored. All qualified responsive and responsible offerors may submit a proposal which if timely received shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is unrestricted and is open to both small and large businesses. Award shall be subject to the availability of Fiscal Year 01 funds. A pre-bid conference will be held on 3/16/01 @ 2:00PM at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, Highland Drive Division, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 in Building #4, Conference Room #362-E. A Bid Opening will be held on 3/27/01, same location at exactly 10:00AM.
