Description

Firm, fixed-price A/E contract for design services for Project626-01-101, Upgrade Electrical Distribution System Phase 2. This is not a request for proposals. Services to be contracted for will be the full design development, construction documents, and construction period services to fully upgrade the facility secondary distribution for both normal and emergency power. Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of secondary distribution panelboards and feeders, segregation of emergency loads to the respective panel, and rerouting of power to eliminate overlap of distribution systems. All respondents shall have a registered electrical engineer with minimum 15 years of related experience as principle designer in industrial power design for major metropolitan medical centers. Interested firms should submit up-to-date SF 254 and SF 255 by the response date.
