Description

Engineering and technical services in support of the AN/USQ-82(V) Data Multiplex System (DMS)/Fiber Optic Data Multiplex System (FODMS) In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA). DMS/FODMS is a unique DDG 51 Class Destroyer general purpose, mission critical data network that provides data conversion and distribution of AEGIS Combat System signals, Navigation signals, hull, mechanical, and electrical (HM&E) signals, Damage Control Signals, and Alarms & Indications. Approximately 78,900 hours of services are required over a five year period. It is intended to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with Gray Hawk Systems, Inc., 4501 Ford Avenue, Suite 1320, Alexandria, VA 22302-1461. See Note 22.
