Description

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Danville, Illinois is requesting offers from firms which can provide "Fully-Managed Total Environmental Sanitation Maintenance Program Services" for its VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic located in Decatur, Illinois. The VA CBOC is a medical clinic including exam rooms, offices, laboratory, foot clinic, psychology, nursing, dietitics, and other rooms in a one single-story building consisting of approximately 8,870 square feet. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management/ support, transportation, supplies, equipment, and materials, except Government-furnished space and utilities as identified in the solicitation. Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the current edition of the JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organizations) and OSHA regulations when providing these services. Services are to begin approximately May 2001 through April 30, 2002 with options to extend the contract for four additional years or through April 30, 2006. North American Industry Classification System Code No. 561720 applies to this procurement. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. A business is considered small if its average annual receipts for the preceding three years do not exceed $12.0 million. Solicitation documents will be available after March 6, 2001.
