Description

Construct Addition/Alter Building 355 for the 83rd Aerial Port Training Facility located at the Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, Oregon. The proposed addition is a 2,208 SF structure consisting of selected demolition, site work, concrete foundation, floor slab, wing walls and wall sections. Pre-formed interlocking metal roof and wall sections; structural steel framing; Modify site utility systems; HVAC, electrical and communications systems for the addition; Pavements; landscaping and irrigation. Functional areas include: offices, administration area, storage area rooms. Construction shall be Type N, non combustible. Projected length of construction is 180 calendar days. The construction contract will be firm-fixed price between $250,000 and $500,000. There will be two (2) scheduled site visits ONLY: Tuesday, March 27, 2001 at 10:00 AM and Thursday, March 29, 2001 at 1:00 PM.
