Description

Construction of individual water systems, water service lines, individual waste disposal systems, and sewer service lines to serve scattered homes on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, Dewey and Ziebach Counties, South Dakota. This will be through DECEMBER 31st, 2002 from Date of Award. IFB No. 241-01-BI-3481 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE twenty-five ($25.00) dollar charge for solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an INDIAN-OWNED firm pursuant to the BUY-INDIAN ACT. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
