Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to build a Habitat Awareness Boardwalk, at Warm Springs National Fish Hatchery, in Warm Springs, GA. Work included consists of the supplying of al materials, tools, supplies, labor, transportation and equipment necessary to construct the Habitat awareness boardwalk and appurtenances in accordance with the drawings and specifications. (Base Bid) Additive A: Deck D minus the railing at the boardwalk end where the boardwalk attaches to Deck D. Additive B: Deck C minus the boardwalk and railing needed in the event Deck C is not constructed. Additive C: Deck B minus the boardwalk and railing needed in the event Deck B is not constructed. The is not a small business set-aside in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The SIC Code is 1751 and the NAICS Code is 23551 and Size Standard is $11.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
