Description

The Federal Highway Administration plans to co-sponsor the Center for Transportation and the Environment (CTE) in their development and presentation of the Conference on Ecology and Transportation (ICOET). CTE efforts will result in the ICOET program that will address the broad range of ecological issues elated to surface transportation systems development. Because the CTE initiated and conducted the former conferences they are uniquely positioned to combine that work with the former Wildlife and Transportation meetings into the ICOET conference. CTE has the experience, staff and resources that make them the only known source, no other source is considered reasonably available. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is March 12, 2001.
