Description

The Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with American Optical, Inc. (AO), Southbridge, Massachusetts, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (c) (1) for the purchase of primary lenses and outserts component parts for the M45 Mask systems production at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This will be a firm-fixed-price contract over a two (2) year period. AO is the only firm that meets the Government's requirements for providing the Mask lense components. (See also Numbered Note 22)
