Description

Defense Supply Center Richmond is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation letter for approximately 63 items. These items may be in various engine lines such as the F404, J85, TF34, T58, T64 and TF39, multiple Federal Supply Classes, and may be considered to be a commercial item "of a type" as defined in FAR 2.101. this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for proposal (RFP) number SP0-400-01-R-1282 is used for this solicitation. This is a sole source (CBD numbered Note 22), unrestricted solicitation for SIC 3724, size 1000 employees, FOB origin. It is anticipated that award will result in and delivery orders will be placed in accordance with Corporate Contract SP0400-00-D-9403, which is a Requirements Type Contract for a 2-year base and includes four 2-year options.
