Description

Rehabilitation of Indian Boundary Recreation Area Loop C, located on the Cherokee National Forest, Tellico Ranger District in Monroe County, Tennessee. Work includes demolitation and removal of existing toilet building and construction of a new bathhouse approx. 950 sq. ft.; rehabilitation of 20 campsites requiring various activities; rehabilitation of water supply system; installation of approx. 3000 LF of PVC conduit for installation of electrical conductors; installation of 20 gov't-furnished electrical pedestals for RVs; and installation of two septic tanks, manholes and wastewater line with a possible add-on of construction of an additional 950 sq. ft. bathhouse. All work to be accomplished in accordance with applicable terms, conditions, plans and specifications. Contract time for completion is 180 calendar day after effective date of notice to proceed. The proposed contract listed here is not set aside for small business.
