Description

The U.S. Army Aviaition and Missile Command, Research, Development, and Engineering Center (RDEC) plans to award a small purchase to the University of Texas at Austin, P.O. Box 7726, Austin, TX 78712, for an effort entitled, "Development of MLRS M270A1 System Component Models." The contractor shall develop system component models to include the hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical functions of the Multiple Launch Rocket system (MLRS) M270A1. The contractor shall perform analyses in support of technical improvements to the MLRS in areas of dynamics, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems. No written solicitation will be issued. See Numbered Note 22.
