Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following software upgrades: 1) Annual Software Upgrades HLA/1516, Part Number: VRL-TK-VMS, quantity -- 1; and Interface Software: GFE HLA Logger-RTI-RTI Bridge, Part Number: PROFES-SER-SU, quantity -- 1. This requirement is sole sourced to MAK Technologies, 185 Alewife Brook Parkway, Cambridge, MA 02138-1104 as the only vendor able to provide this software. Any firms believing that they can provide this software may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
