- Services are being procured to collect refuse from recreation sites and at a bunkhouse site on the Diamond Lake and North Umpqua Ranger Districts, Umpqua National Forest, Douglas County, Oregon. This is a Request for Quotations requiring completion of a questionnaire covering technical capability and past performance, detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to solid wast disposal and past performance history in addition to price, award may be made without discussions. This project includes provision for an additional two option periods. This is an Emerging Small Business Set-Aside, SIC 4953.
