Description

The Patuxent River Naval Air Warfare Center has a requirement for consulting services for the P-3C/EP-3E aircraft. These aircraft were manufactured with 1940's material technology. These services are required to achieve a common architectural framework for the mission systems elements and to assist in the crafting of a Multi- Mission Maritime T&E Strategy as well as developing a business case analysis for site selection.
