- The solicitation is hereby amended to incorporate clause 52.219-3 Notice of Total HUBZone Set-Aside (JAN 1999) and delete 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Section A.5 is amended as follows: "This procurement is a Total HUBZone Set-Aside under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541611." Numbered Note No. 1 no longer applies. See Numbered Note 27.
