R-The U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite Data, and Information Services (NESDIA), NOAA Central Library, (NODC), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Institute for Scientific Information, Philadelphia, PA to provide Web of Science subscription for 2001 and Science Citation Index Back Years 1998 -- 2000.
