Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals from individuals or organizations in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of the procurement is to provide analysis, technical assistance and training to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Center for Managed Care regarding managed care policy issues and strategies for quality improvement, management, and performance measurement under managed care. The contractor shall be responsible for performing the following tasks: 1) facilitate meeting for key HRSA staff on managed care issues; 2) plan and organize six Brown Bag seminars on current managed care topics; 3) provide a list of recommendations for additional materials to be included in the resource center. Solicitation will be issued on or about March 20, 2001. The closing date is on or about April 4, 2001, at no later than 4:00pm local prevailing time. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED.
