- Description
- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to award a $9,000,000 modification to Contract N65236-00-D-5073 with DRS Communication, LLC. The modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis. DRS is currently performing the work under the contract and is the only known source capable of providing this equipment. This is not a request for proposals. Responses to this announcement are due 14 days from the date this notice is published (March 16, 2001) to the header address, POC Debbie Spencer, Code 1115SD. See Number Note 22.
