The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts intends to award a fixed price quarterly and annual inspection and testing of the fire suppression system contract, for one year with two year options for a total of three years. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and material for the inspection and testing of the fire suppression system. This project is a small business set-aside, and it is estimated between $25,000.00-$30,000.00. The National Industry Classification Systems Code for this project is 561990.
