Description

R -- COMMAND, CONTROL, COMMUNICATIONS, COMPUTERS, AND INTELLIGENCE (C4I) SYSTEMS INTEROPERABILITY SOL N00244-01-R-0007 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, CA. intends to release a competitive solicitation for support services for the Navy Center for Tactical Systems Interoperability (NCTSI). The support services include management support, data, training, technical library services, computer systems support, standards management, engineering and analysis, configuration management of tactical information design standards, fleet support engineering services, interoperability testing, developmental testing, and other related test support and services related to interoperability and standardization of Command, Control, Communication, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) systems. This contract will be awarded for a one-year base period with options to extend the contract for four, additional one-year periods. The period of performance is expected to begin 1 Oct 2001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The RFP is expected to be released in April and will close approximately 30 days thereafter. The RFP and all amendments will be posted to the Navy Electronic Commerce web site at www.neco.navy.mil. You are also invited to visit the FISC web site at www.sd.fisc.navy.mil for general updates regarding this procurement. The Government will release only ELECTRONIC VERSIONS of the RFP. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web links frequently for updates to any and all documents.
